The LRDI is being conducted by LENRGY, LLC, and now also under the auspices of the International Society for Condensed Matter Nuclear Science (ISCMNS), which is the professional society serving the LENR field. The Society’s mission, organization, and other characteristics, as well as it services to the LENR community, are described on its website (click here). In particular, the LRDI operates within the Archiving function of the Society (click here).
The overall mission of LENRGY is “pursuing the benefits of cold fusion realization”. It has four major areas of emphasis: 1) assistance to researchers and other interested parties; 2) analyzing public policies for LENR research and for mitigating its secondary impact when it is deployed; 3) documenting and archiving LENR research results (including the LRDI); and 4) providing outreach and education for the field.
